How to become an affiliate partner of the HRV app

We kindly ask every affiliate to become familiar with the topic of HRV (heart rate variability), and to view our basic information on our website here HRV main video and further professional information.

As an affiliate partner, you can use our HRV videos and marketing materials without any restrictions, until revoked. Important: It is prohibited to make any statements regarding diagnosis and therapy in connection with the HRV Analysis App or the raw data. Each affiliate partner operates independently and acts on their own responsibility.

We offer 3 levels of total commission (15%, 25%, 30%) which can be shared individually for each affiliate partner:

  • Discount for the customer who buys the app from Google or Apple Store
  • Affiliate commission, which is paid purely net
  • Level 1: 15% (0-100 App purchases) total commission
  • Level 2: 25% (101-1000 App purchases) total commission
  • Level 3: 30% (more than 1000 App purchases) total commission
  • Example 1: 15% total commission = 5% discount for the customer who buys the app and 10% affiliate commission
  • Example 2: 25% total commission = 10% discount for the customer who buys the app and 15% affiliate commission
  • Example 3: 25% total commission = 15% discount for the customer who buys the app and 10% affiliate commission

The split between discount and own affiliate commission is done with 5 promo codes. The Affiliate codes generated after registration determine the discount for the customer in the store, the difference to the total commission is calculated automatically. As soon as the number of sales reaches a new level, the distribution of discount and own commission can be set individually by using the different codes. Thus, for different marketing campaigns, social media communication and own customers can be determined very easily the discount.

Affiliate Code Examples:

  • Affiliate Code 1: 5% discount for App Store customers, rest to total commission = affiliate commission
  • Affiliate Code 2: 10% discount for App Store customers, rest of total commission = affiliate commission
  • Affiliate Code 3: 15% discount for App Store customers, rest of total commission = affiliate commission (only visible / usable from level 2)
  • Affiliate Code 4: 20% discount for App Store customers, rest of total commission = affiliate commission (only visible / usable from level 2)
  • Affiliate Code 5: 25% discount for App Store customers, rest of total commission = affiliate commission (usable only from level 3)

Every customer who buys the HRV app in the App Store (Apple/Google) can switch to an annual version through in-app purchase. When purchasing the annual subscription, the monthly price is multiplied by 9, so that an annual subscription is very attractive once customers are convinced of the benefits and functionality of the HRV app. Every customer has a three-day right of withdrawal after purchasing the app.

The following steps are necessary to become an affiliate partner:

  • Visit the website www.hrv-software.com/affiliate/, click on Affiliate Registration/Login and enter all data
  • Submit data and declaration of consent
  • The individual affiliate code will be generated after submitting the registration and will be linked to your name
  • After receiving the affiliate codes, they can be used for marketing and distribution worldwide
  • As soon as the limit to next higher level (0-100; 101-1000, >1000) is reached, the discount in the store will be kept for the customer and the affiliate commission will be increased accordingly. Change of this ratio is done by the specific affiliate codes (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% or 30% discount)
  • The codes for the 20%, 25% and 30% discounts will only be visible and usable when the corresponding level has been reached

The affiliate partner can log into his affiliate account at any time to view the current statistics of his sold apps and open commissions. The affiliate commission to be paid out is transferred monthly to the bank details provided.
